The sessions are structured so that I focus on creating a program for your individual goals which I will train you through that. I then bring parts of the session together where you will focus on the same exercises but adapt it individually. For example a warm up, cooldown and stretch together.
Adding FUN to your sessions means you train harder
If the thought of exercise makes you think “Boring” then come train with me. I like to train you hard but also keep the sessions fun. When your enjoying your workouts you will look forward to each session & not even think about how hard you are working. That is a great place to be.
I specialise in training more than 1 person at a time (joint, couples, friends, small groups, teams) which is great as I motivate you & you motivate each other. You work harder together & it adds FUN to your workouts as you push each others limits to work that little bit harder.

Its important to have confidence with your training which comes from learning good techniques. From coaching beginners to making adjustments to the experienced exercisers techniques to ensure the most safe & effective workouts.
Within your packages we use a number of assessments to test your fitness & assess your progress according to your initial goals. Whether that be in terms of Body Fat % to testing your stamina, it is important to know how you are progressing.
Everyone receives a personal training program to follow
You will have your own training program that is tailor made to you & your goals. We will discuss your goals in a consultation with fitness tests & assessments. We will look at your diet & I will provide you with advice as well as meal plans.
With everyone having their workouts to focus on I am able to track your progress & help you all with your workouts. I will make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly & teach you the correct techniques. If you are struggling for motivation & need that extra push or help with an exercise I am there to really encourage you.

Everyone likes to shop for a bargain & a great deal. Holidays, clothes & so why not for fitness? I aim to provide a cost effective service & have found that the best way is by providing a service for more than 1 person per session.
Classes & Bootcamps are general workouts that all participants follow with exercises adapted to their needs. In my sessions I provide you with a personalised program & I work through this with you.
Everyone still receives a high quality of service but without costing as much as 1-2-1 personal training however still receiving the same benefits & features.
Affordable & Accessible
Amazing results without going to the gym so if the gym isnt for you then no problem.
I am freelance so that means I can train you at your home, outdoors and aswell as a gym/studio. The home & outdoor sessions are ideal if you are restricted for time or dont like the gym atmosphere. With so many variations available too.
I focus on training 2 or more people which makes the costs per session more affordable for you & also provide programs to follow between sessions that you dont even need any equipment for.
