I create a program for your individual goals and structure the sessions in a way that benefits everyone individually. I then bring parts of the session together so that you will focus on the same exercises but adapt them individually – for example a warm up, cooldown and stretch together.

I bring the equipment for a variety of different workouts & only a small space is required.

Great if you are time restricted & want concise sessions to fit around you.

Ideal for parents to exercise without the need for childcare.

Unlimited options to where we train & choice of exercises we do each session.

Unrestricted workouts as can focus on sports & events training or to target a specific skill such as sprints.

Likewise is also great for building distance in your legs for stamina & to target your aerobic fitness & recovery levels.

Additional costs may apply to use facilities.

Access to some private studios for exclusive training & not the usual busy gym experience.

Some gyms allow me to PT there so can also use these.

This is a great option if you are already committed to training and will follow the program.

We will go through your goals and you will receive a program that will be designed for you.
