Jon will look to make your training sessions as enjoyable as possible – matching the intensity each session to each client.
Each client is different with different objectives and also like to be pushed to different levels. Jon has the experience to adjust intensity accordingly however will also listen to clients and work with them to work them effectively but enjoyably too.

I used to exercise but had kids and lost my fitness and just felt out of shape and low in confidence. I have had weekly personal training sessions with Jon which have been amazing and he has helped me lose body fat, especially from my stomach and hips but also improve my fitness levels. The intensity has been just right for what I can do and he has pushed me enough to continue achieving results. I had the idea that I would be worked too hard and would hate it. I have really enjoyed the training sessions.

He wasn’t what I would expect from a trainer as very relaxed but efficient with high quality sessions.
FITNESS RESULTS

I was already training regularly but started having a monthly training session to test my fitness and to add some variation to my training. I learnt a lot from the training sessions that I have been able to include into my own training. The sessions were more than challenging for me and I have had a monthly training plan to follow to challenge me. This has been excellent as I now have a plan to follow each month rather than do my own workouts which tended to involve what I liked to do and not what I should do. We had a diet session and a diet plan for me to follow. This was great and worked with my training. It wasn’t as boring as I had expected to be.

My training routine was very repetitive which i enjoyed but needed challenging more. Jon’s programs were challenging and varied which took me out of my routine which I was comfortable with.
As a result my strength & muscle mass increased while I became fitter with less body fat.

I never did much resistance training but soon felt confident and could really feel the benefits & just look sleek rather than bulky.

I was never a runner and tried the couch to 5k on a treadmill in the gym Jon worked at. I didn’t enjoy running however soon saw an improvement with my running as Jon put a structure in place for me to follow and also helped me with my diet. I’m now able to complete marathons 🙂 I’d recommend Jon for quality training and taking my age (50s) into consideration along with adjusting the intensity.
