Why my personal training sessions are more effective
Over the years I have spoken to a high number of people who were training at gyms or trained with me. Many of them had decided they wanted to get fitter by simply go running or do cardio training and increase their fitness levels. The mistake they made was not setting concrete goals or making a plan for how to achieve them. After training without a structure they didn’t make progress and gave up.
Needless to say there are better ways to achieve fitness goals. I will work with you and ensure we take the approach that works for you. This will ensure that you see the results that you desire.

Your sessions will vary from focusing purely on fitness to drill specific that will be related to your performance. Sessions can vary from strength & conditioning to a pure fitness blitz. Clients really enjoy this as they feel the benefits but simply wouldnt do these sessions by themselves.

There isn’t any pressure on you as you can go at your own pace from walking to jogging. I will design this around you and help you build up the stamina to be able to run.
Many of my running clients started off walking as they couldn’t run and in less than a year could run 10k.
You can have weekly or monthly sessions with me to guide you & work on your technique that will really benefit your capability & reduce the risk of injuries.
I’ve played a number of sports, mainly Cricket & Football so I am able to use personal experience of playing to create your program.
Improve fitness for different aspects of your game such as speed or movement. Conditioning training is ideal to protect your body & reduce the risk of injuries.
Requirements will vary from pre season to in season & different goals within the season. The fitter you are the longer you can play the sports you love the most.
